Q-Fieldservice is a cloud-based solution that is fully integrated with the Service Management functionality in Dynamics AX. Apps are available on Windows and Android platforms which optimally use the general functionality on your tablet or smartphone, such as navigation or the camera. This enables you to easily navigate to your next job or to add photos to your service assignment. Q-Fieldservice ensures that service engineers have real-time insight into when to visit which locations, and which service assignments have been scheduled. They can log their hours, register which resources were used and complete a digital inspection report on site, and the job can immediately be signed off by the customer’s electronic signature. No more labour-intensive processing of paper-based service assignments in the back-office, and substantial reductions in the time between execution and invoicing.
