Top partners work on an integrated business-process strategy together

CRM Partners Group expands with Pulse and AXtension

BARNEVELD (THE NETHERLANDS), 21 February 2018 – CRM Partners Group, one of the leading Customer Engagement organizations, has achieved further expansion by the acquisition of Pulse and AXtension. With this, CRM Partners has made the strategic choice to provide end-to-end solutions for all business processes of its customers.

Emiel Putman, founder and CEO of CRM Partners Group: “We experience an increasing demand from our customers for a more integrated approach to their digital transformation. Everything we do, is focused on making our customers loved by their customers. For this purpose, all business processes should be aligned. This applies to the processes visible to the customer as well as the organization’s internal processes. Pulse and AXtension have been playing a decisive role in the field of back-office solutions for years and CRM Partners is leading in the field of front-office solutions. Within CRM Partners Group, all expertise is now assembled and will be further extended. This makes us one of the first European Microsoft Partners to seriously work on a complete end-to-end solution. We are the Microsoft Partner of the Future.”

Entrepreneur Nico Tissink from Venlo and his leadership team have turned Pulse and AXtension into the companies they are today. Pulse was founded in 1986 by Tissink and his partner, and through his leadership the company has become dominant in the field of Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365 technologies. Pulse mainly focuses on companies in the upper-mid-market with an international character. It is located in Venlo and Deventer (The Netherlands) and employs 140 people.
In 2007, AXtension was added. AXtension develops additional standard software solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics (AX) 365 platform and markets these worldwide to customers through a select network of partners. AXtension has offices in Venlo (The Netherlands) and Denver (USA) and employs 30 people.

Since 2010, Pulse has been managed by Hiljon te Boome and Ton Hagens. Myra-Bella Prins is in charge at AXtension. They will participate in CRM Partners Group holding these positions. Te Boome, Hagens and Prins played an important role in the realization of this acquisition. They strongly support the people-oriented corporate culture and long-term vision of CRM Partners.

Hiljon te Boome, Director Operations at Pulse: “From the moment we first met the people of CRM Partners, we have experienced a warm culture, just like we have at Pulse, and a focus on cooperation. This new connection makes our working environment even more inspiring.” Myra-Bella Prins, Managing Director at AXtension: “We strongly believe that this partnership will bring us further. Pooling our knowledge and expertise and uniting our people gives us opportunities: to be a sustainable employer and to serve our customers and partners even better in the future.”
