Solution Through the solution that was selected for the metal industry, Centraalstaal will improve its logistics services for its customers further still and will raise the level of these services. This includes detailing, scheduling and monitoring projects with sub-orders, dynamic planning and calculation without a parts list and job routing and scheduling operations for several components simultaneously. The industry solution gives them an insight into the Work in Progress (WIP) position, the schedule and the stocks. Because of the integrated location management, Centraalstaal is able to manage its materials better, it has been given an insight into the progress of materials and it can quickly track and trace processed materials. Combined with an intelligent method of planning, Centraalstaal is able to reduce its costs and to achieve improvements in efficiency.
