ABS All Brake Systems selects Pulse and migrates to AX 2009

An update at ABS has led to new insights

After a careful selection process, ABS All Brake Systems (ABS) has selected Pulse for a migration to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. The specialist in brakes, steering and suspension parts switches from another Dynamics AX partner. Pulse and ABS already have a working relationship. Pulse has supplied AXtension WMS and auto-ID hardware to ABS. ABS has used Microsoft Dynamics AX since 2001. ABS has planned the migration to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 because Microsoft no longer supports Microsoft Dynamics AX Version 3.0 and because ABS wishes to reduce the use of customisation further still. Wouter Kothuis, Operational Manager at ABS, explains why Pulse was selected: “We selected Pulse because of its thorough and structured methodology, combined with its pragmatic and proactive approach. Pulse also has proven business knowledge and knowledge about the associated solutions. Not only that, but the customisation can be resolved either through standard solutions or by using only AXtension™ solutions.”
